Wine Pairing Dinner
Are you looking for an exceptional Wine Pairing Dinner, in the tri-state area?
We are hosting our first quarterly Wine Dinner of the 2022 season, here at the Fireside Pub on Saturday, March 26 for $80 per person. Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m. and the 4-course dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.
If you’ve never attended a Wine Dinner – here’s what you can expect:
Wine dinners start with lighter, more delicately flavored wines (and food) and end with bolder, more intense wines. The reason for this is because our sense of taste becomes more dull over the course of the entire meal. It’s also why popular desserts are so rich and intense!
